Before THE LIVE had a stage, it had a room. In October 2025 we brought together a closed circle of crypto investors and prime real estate principals for a private evening at Soho House Barcelona - no agenda on the wall, no badges, no audience.
Conversations moved between digital assets and the places people actually live: where capital created on-chain settles into property, residency and life. Introductions were made one to one, and several of the relationships formed that night are the reason the summit exists.
A week later we gathered the same circle again in Madrid - a different room, the same rule: no agenda, no badges, no audience. Those two evenings set the standard for everything THE LIVE does now: small rooms, verified people, and conversations that do not happen on public stages.
