Collect your badge at the registration desk inside El Palace before your first session. Bring photo identification matching your registration.

It admits you alone and remains the property of the organiser. It cannot be shared or passed to a colleague on site.

Network details are given to you on arrival rather than published online. That is deliberate: it keeps the summit network closed to those who are not in the room.

Session rooms, the networking lounge, dining and the concierge desk are spread across the hotel.

Booking opens with the app

Official photography and filming take place throughout. If you would rather not appear, tell a member of our staff or the photographer beforehand and we will work around you.

Not permitted

Sessions, private meetings and networking may not be recorded by any means, including phones, cameras, wearable devices and AI transcription tools, unless we have authorised it in writing.

What is said in the room stays in the room. Attendees agree not to disclose, publish or commercially use private conversation without permission.

Accredited media attend under agreed conditions and are not admitted to closed sessions.

Four pass types

Standard, Executive, Family Office and VIP differ in access, hospitality and seating.

Confirmed on a personal call

Family Office passes are complimentary and verified individually. Your pass is issued straight after the call.

If your organisation needs a formal invoice, or would rather settle by bank transfer than by card, our team will arrange it.

Whether a partner or colleague can join you depends on your pass type and on the individual gathering.
