Event Terms and Conditions
1General
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, partners, media representatives and invited guests (collectively, the “Attendees”) participating in THE LIVE Summit (the “Event”), organised by wwmasmedia, LLC (the “Organiser”).
By registering for or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest published version shall apply.
2Registration and Admission
Attendance is limited to registered participants only.
All attendees must be at least 18 years of age.
A valid government-issued photo identification may be requested during registration.
Event badges are personal, remain the property of the Organiser and may not be transferred, sold or shared.
Lost badges may be replaced solely at the Organiser’s discretion.
The Organiser reserves the right to verify attendee identity at any time.
For security reasons, the Organiser may refuse admission or require any attendee to leave the Event without refund if their behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate or inconsistent with the values, reputation or privacy of THE LIVE Summit.
Registration does not guarantee admission. THE LIVE Summit is a curated event, and the Organiser reserves the right to refuse or revoke any registration at its sole discretion.
3Tickets, Payments and Cancellation
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Ticket transfer requests may be considered by the Organiser but require prior written approval and are not guaranteed.
The Organiser reserves the right to modify the Event programme, speakers, schedule, venue, networking activities or other Event elements at any time without creating any obligation for refunds or compensation.
Sponsor invoices must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of sponsorship benefits.
4Code of Conduct
THE LIVE Summit is designed to provide a professional, respectful and high-quality environment for meaningful conversations and business relationships.
All attendees agree to:
- behave professionally and respectfully;
- comply with instructions from Event staff and venue personnel;
- respect the privacy and confidentiality of other attendees;
- avoid disruptive behaviour during sessions or networking events.
Business or Smart Elegant attire is expected throughout the Event.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- harassment or discrimination of any kind;
- threatening, abusive or violent behaviour;
- excessive intoxication;
- illegal drugs or controlled substances;
- unauthorised sales activities or solicitation;
- distribution of offensive, defamatory or explicit materials.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.
5Photography, Video and Media Release
Photography and video recording will take place throughout the Event.
By attending THE LIVE Summit, you grant the Organiser and its authorised partners the irrevocable right to photograph, film and record your likeness, voice and appearance and to use such materials worldwide for promotional, editorial, archival and marketing purposes in any media without additional notice or compensation.
If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, you must notify the Event staff or photographer before being photographed or filmed.
Recording presentations, workshops, private meetings or networking sessions by any means - including cameras, mobile phones, wearable devices or AI transcription tools - is prohibited unless expressly authorised by the Organiser.
6Confidentiality
THE LIVE Summit brings together investors, family offices, entrepreneurs, executives and industry leaders.
Attendees agree to respect the confidential nature of private conversations and shall not disclose, publish or commercially use confidential information obtained during the Event without the express permission of the relevant party.
7Sponsors and Exhibitors
Sponsors and exhibitors may promote only the products, services and brands approved by the Organiser and only within their allocated exhibition or sponsorship areas.
All branding and promotional materials must comply with venue regulations and maintain the premium standards of THE LIVE Summit.
The Organiser reserves the right to remove any material considered inappropriate, misleading, offensive or inconsistent with the Event’s positioning.
8Liability
Attendees participate in the Event entirely at their own risk.
The Organiser shall not be liable for:
- loss, theft or damage of personal property;
- travel or accommodation expenses;
- business decisions or commercial agreements between attendees;
- indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the attendee for their Event registration.
9Force Majeure
The Organiser shall not be responsible for any delay, modification, postponement or cancellation of the Event resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, travel restrictions, labour disputes or failures of public infrastructure.
In such circumstances, the Organiser may reschedule the Event, issue event credits or provide alternative arrangements at its sole discretion.
10Intellectual Property
All Event names, logos, trademarks, branding, presentations, publications, recordings and materials are the intellectual property of the Organiser or their respective owners.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
11Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be processed solely for Event administration, attendee communications and legitimate business purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.
12Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Event shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
13Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Organiser and the attendee regarding participation in THE LIVE Summit and supersede all prior communications or representations relating to the Event.
